PA6 HR MO - OMNIAMID HR MO

Modified cast Polyamide 6 (PA6 HR MO) with special additives that give the semi-finished product superior characteristics compared to natural cast PA6 G. It boasts a higher overall crystallinity, resulting in high impact resistance, improved self-lubrication properties and lower moisture absorption. Machining is facilitated and the black color ensures UV resistance over time.

Wear resistance, superior to extruded Akulon 6.
Tensile and compressive strength similar to Omniamid G, while impact resistance is higher.
Significantly better quality and workability compared to common black extruded PA6, in all thicknesses and diameters.
Antistatic behavior linked to moisture absorption.
Improved UV resistance compared to natural PA6 and PA6G.
Black color.

It is hygroscopic, although to a lesser extent than PA6 G.
