Cast Nylon

The anionic polymerization of caprolactam allows for the production of large-sized semi-finished products in polyamide (PA6) where extrusion cannot meet these requirements. Our production offers a standard range of rods, sheets, and tubes, as well as the ability to produce customized products with specific formulations and special dimensions in a short time and at cost-effective rates.

The advantage of our facilities lies in their exceptional flexibility in the production process, enabling the quick and cost-effective manufacturing of customer-requested items. For tighter tolerances, our planing machine can satisfy customer demands.

With relatively modest investments, we have the capability to produce large-sized semifinished pieces, avoiding expensive mechanical processing.
