Omnia Plastica started extruding semi-finished products in the 1960s with the technical support of one of the major European producers of polyamide granules. Since then, the production of stock shapes has included the most advanced technopolymers, which are extruded and cast into rods, sheets, and tubes. These products undergo stabilization processes in ovens to improve tolerance tightness and release tensions that typically occur during this manufacturing process.
Our calendering lines are dedicated to producing sheets in PA6 and POM in various colors demanded by the market. The availability of our warehouse in Busto Arsizio, as well as our branch warehouses, allows us to distribute our products widely and quickly.
Our R&D department, aiming to optimize performance, reduce energy consumption, and enhance product quality, has developed a working method that enables the reduction of tensions during production. The post-production treatment ensures result optimization.
