​Cast Polyamide 6 with the addition of a special solid lubricant, suitable for dry sliding applications. The unique composition of the lubricant ensures its homogeneous distribution within the semi-finished product, resulting in high sliding performance and good long-term abrasion resistance. Excellent machinability.

  • Self-lubricating, with a low coefficient of friction.
  • Wear resistance, superior to PA6.
  • Tensile and compressive strength values similar to Omniamid G, while impact resistance is higher and the elastic modulus is lower.
  • Excellent machinability.
  • Antistatic behavior depending on moisture absorption.
  • Dark green color RAL 6028.
  • It is hygroscopic, although to a lesser extent than other cast semi-finished products.
  • The color is susceptible to variations when exposed to sunlight.
