Cast Polyamide 6 (PA6 G MOLY) with the addition of molybdenum disulfide (MoS2), which enhances its tribological characteristics, ensuring efficient operation of sliding parts, reducing wear and prolonging their lifespan. While maintaining the key features of Omniamid G, it is more impact-resistant, self-lubricating and offers improved machinability and UV resistance.

  • Wear resistance, superior to PA6 HR MO.
  • High impact and fatigue resistance.
  • Self-lubricating, with a low coefficient of friction.
  • Resistance to aging, performs well in outdoor conditions and low temperatures.
  • Anthracite color, typical of the molybdenum disulfide content.
  • It is hygroscopic, although to a lesser extent than other cast semi-finished products.
